I love Christmas. I equally love the week after and getting back to basics. Every year I start out attempting to refrain from doing too much, baking too much, eating too much...but when the spirit hits me a strong desire to make everything magical for a certain five year old kicks in and I'm off to the races, always with the intention of streamlining next year. Never works, does it?

I won't bore you with my
resolutions...might not even bore myself with them! So here's to a new
year, a clean slate, getting back to reality, our intentions, focusing
on co-creating our experience from this point forward and finding health and stillness amidst chaos.
