Our favorite breakfast ever...
1. Saute Niman Ranch sausage (we love chorizo!) and veggies in organic butter & coconut oil
2. Crack 2-3 healthy eggs over sausage and veggies
3. Cook eggs only until soft, adding himalayan salt & pepper
TIP: Keep 'leftover' veggies in a glass bowl in the frig instead of small plastic bags that disappear under everything only to be found weeks later moldy and disgusting! Then in the mornings it will be super easy to add them to your eggs...
